Aubié brings together two stone houses, linked by a 90 sqm terrace overlooking a heated infinity pool. The first, the older of the two, has kept its fireplace and exposed beams; it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a games corner and a fitted kitchen. The second, a barn with a more contemporary feel, is arranged around an 80 sqm living room with an open kitchen, table football and Chromecast TV, and has four more bedrooms, including a bunk room, and two bathrooms. Every room is air-conditioned. The property can host up to 18 people (on request). In the garden, pétanque, table tennis, swings and a barbecue fill the days around the pool.

Aubié sits in a hamlet of five houses in the commune of Latouille-Lentillac, in the Lot: a quiet, secluded setting, not overlooked and facing the valley. Saint-Céré is about twelve minutes away by car and the Gouffre de Padirac half an hour. In the heart of what is nicknamed the Lot's « golden triangle », the surroundings lend themselves to hiking, canoeing on the Dordogne, rafting and caving.

Eve has been welcoming guests for 3 years with her concierge company, based in the Lot. Close to her guests, she replies to their messages within an hour.
