La Motte Féodale is a Louis XIII-style manor house built in 1636 in Le Mesnil-Jourdain, listed as a historic monument and 5-star classified. Set against a 12th-century castle mound, it stands in an enclosed one-hectare park. Across 258 sqm, heritage meets modern comfort: a great 17th-century vaulted hall in white stone, a glass-walled living room with fireplace and open kitchen, five bedrooms for ten guests and three bathrooms. The heated indoor pool and hot tub can be reached all year round without leaving the house. Owners with a passion for art and history share the experience of château life with couples, families and groups of friends.

Le Mesnil-Jourdain is a village in the Eure, in Normandy, one hour from Paris. The manor stands in the heart of the village, next to the Notre-Dame church. Rouen, Giverny, the Château de Gaillon and the Château du Champ de Bataille are all less than an hour away, perfect for mixing heritage visits, gardens and walks in the Normandy countryside.
