In the Iguana Bay residence, in Saint-François, Villa 14 faces Anse à la Gourde and the rock of Pointe des Châteaux. Rented in full, it sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms, with three bathrooms; the main bedroom has a double basin, a separate toilet, air conditioning and a safe. The living areas open onto a sea-facing terrace with a 180-degree view, a private pool and a garden. The beach is within walking distance. On arrival, guests are welcomed and a welcome basket awaits them, for breakfast or an aperitif. Bed linen and pool and beach towels are provided; unlimited wifi, a Marshall speaker and a barbecue complete the picture. A key box allows self check-in.
